The Handy

Connect The Handy, Handy 2, Handy 2 Pro, or The Oh! to ToyControl. The Handy family is cloud-controlled, you paste a Connection Key from handyverse.com once.

The Handy and its siblings (Handy 2, Handy 2 Pro, The Oh!) are cloud-controlled, not Bluetooth. You do not pair them in your browser; you paste a Connection Key from your Handy account once, and the toy is reachable from then on as long as it is online.

Before you start

The Handy must be on and online (showing as online at handyverse.com).
You need your Connection Key from the My Handy page. The key is 5 to 32 characters of mixed lowercase letters, uppercase letters, and digits, and it is case-sensitive.
The phone or computer running ToyControl does not need to be on the same Wi-Fi as the Handy; the connection goes through the Handy cloud.

Pair The Handy

Open ToyControl at toycontrol.app in Chrome or Edge.
Open handyverse.com → My Handy on another tab and copy your Connection Key. The cloud is case-sensitive, so copy it exactly.
In ToyControl, click the + in the Devices section.
Pick the matching card: The Handy (original), The Handy 2, The Handy 2 Pro, or The Oh! (by Sweet Tech).
Paste the Connection Key.
Click Connect.
The Handy appears in the sidebar with a green dot.

Test it

Click Test toy at the bottom. The Handy should run a short stroke pattern.

Notes by model

The Handy (original) and The Handy 2 behave identically in ToyControl. The 2 has a stronger motor.
The Handy 2 Pro is the higher-end model in the same family.
The Oh! is a vibrator built on the Handy platform. Support is beta; vibration is driven through the velocity channel, so the motion can feel off compared to a real vibrator. Use the in-app "Report a bug" button if it does not work the way you expect.

Troubleshooting

Connection Key rejected. Copy it exactly, including capital letters. The cloud rejects the same characters in different case.
The Handy says "offline" in ToyControl. Open handyverse.com → My Handy in another tab; the toy must show as online there.
Cuts out mid-session. Cloud control needs a stable internet connection on the Handy and on your computer.
