Svakom

Pair Svakom toys with ToyControl over Bluetooth. Covers the Ava Neo, Pulse range, Sam Neo, Phoenix Neo, Iker, and the rest of the Svakom lineup.

Svakom toys pair with ToyControl over Bluetooth. The flow is the same across the range; the pairing button position and indicator vary by model.

Before you start

The toy should be fully charged.
Close the Svakom phone app if it is open. A Svakom toy can only talk to one app at a time.
If the toy paired elsewhere recently, turn it off and on to free its Bluetooth.

Open ToyControl at toycontrol.app in Chrome or Edge.
Put the toy in pairing mode. Most models: press and hold the power button until the indicator light blinks. Check the toy's manual for the exact gesture.
In ToyControl, click the + in the Devices section.
Pick the matching Svakom model from the catalog (for example, "Svakom Ava Neo" or "Svakom Sam Neo").
In the Bluetooth window, select your toy.
Click Pair.
The toy appears in the sidebar with a green dot.

Click Test toy at the bottom. The toy should respond briefly.

Ava Neo, Mora Neo, Trysta Neo, Jordan, Magic Suitcase are insertables with an oscillating channel. Patterns and scripts both work well.
Pulse Galaxie, Pulse Lite Neo, Pulse Union are air-pulse stimulators.
Sam Neo, Sam Neo 2, Sam Neo 2 Pro are strokers with a squeeze function.
Hannes Neo is a thrusting and heating stroker; it sits in a different protocol family.
Vick Neo, Vick Neo 2 are prostate massagers.
Phoenix Neo, Alex Neo (and their second-generation versions) are G-spot or insertable vibrators with stepped or smooth speed ranges.

Most Svakom support in ToyControl is in beta. If you find a quirk, the in-app "Report a bug" button helps us improve it.

Toy is not in the Bluetooth window. Close the Svakom phone app. Turn the toy off and on. Move closer to the computer.
Pairs but does not respond. Check the per-device intensity slider is above zero and the speed range maximum is high enough.
Picked the wrong model. Svakom names are similar; check the back of the toy or its manual for the exact model. The wrong card may still connect but can behave oddly.
