Mainstream games that work with ToyControl
The full list of mainstream (non-adult) games whose haptics drive a toy through ToyControl. Umbrella mods (BPGE, Playful Plugins), dedicated event mods for ULTRAKILL, Beat Saber, FFXIV, Stardew, Minecraft, CS2, WoW, LoL, Path of Exile, Hollow Knight: Silksong, plus 200+ titles through the Game Haptics Router.
A directory of mainstream (non-adult) games whose haptics drive a toy through ToyControl. Two ways in:
- A dedicated mod that hooks specific in-game events (damage, kills, parries, mining) and emits toy commands. These are usually higher quality because the mod knows what just happened in the game.
- The Game Haptics Router (GHR), which intercepts any Xbox-controller rumble the game sends and forwards it to ToyControl. This works for 200+ titles that use standard controller rumble, even if the developer never thought about toys.
Both paths use ToyControl's Intiface bridge, which lives in the Game Link tab. Turn it on once. The mod or GHR connects to it, and ToyControl drives the toy. You do not need Intiface Central installed.
Umbrella mods (one mod covers many games)
These are not per-game mods; one install covers a whole catalogue of titles.
- BPGE (Buttplug Game Events). Pulls event data from Overwolf, so it covers titles Overwolf supports: Apex Legends, Fortnite, Halo Infinite, Valorant, Dota 2, PUBG, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, Team Fortress 2, and more.
- Playful Plugins (by Furimanejo). Computer-vision and event detection wrapper, so it covers titles that resist code-side hooks. Includes Overwatch 2, League of Legends, Elden Ring, Helldivers 2, Peggle Deluxe, Kinky Dungeon, Ero Dungeons, PowerWash Simulator, Marvel Rivals.

Games that work via the Game Haptics Router
The Game Haptics Router (GHR) intercepts standard Xbox-controller rumble and forwards it to a toy. Any game that uses controller rumble can drive a toy this way; you don't need a game-specific mod.
The setup: install GHR, point it at ToyControl's Intiface bridge URL (shown in the Game Link tab), attach to the game's process. Full walkthrough: How to use Game Haptics Router.

The full 200+ list
The community-maintained compatibility thread tracks 200+ mainstream games confirmed working through the Game Haptics Router:
discuss.buttplug.io: Game Haptics Router (GHR) game support list.
The setup is identical for every title; the differences are just the executable name to attach to and whether the game's anti-cheat blocks injection (offline mode is generally fine; online competitive play is at your own risk).
How to add a game to your setup
Once GHR is installed:
- Pair your toy in ToyControl as usual.
- Turn on the Intiface bridge in ToyControl's Game Link tab.
- Launch the game.
- In GHR, click Attach to Process and pick the game's executable.
- Play. The controller rumble drives the toy.
For event mods, follow the mod's own install instructions, then point the mod's toy-server URL at ToyControl's Intiface bridge URL (shown in the Game Link tab).
What does not work
The following are popular but confirmed not supported today. No dedicated buttplug.io mod, and (where the game is VR or Quest-native) GHR cannot help because Quest VR titles do not produce Xbox-controller rumble:
- Mainstream VR titles: Half-Life: Alyx, Boneworks, Bonelab, Pavlov VR, Hellsplit: Arena, Onward, Population: One, Walkabout Mini Golf, Synth Riders, Pistol Whip.
- Confirmed no integration: Old School RuneScape, Final Fantasy XI, Sea of Thieves, Battlefield, Call of Duty online multiplayer.
If your game is not on the list
A few options:
- Try GHR anyway. Most PC games released since 2015 support Xbox-controller rumble. If yours does, GHR works.
- Check the 200+ thread linked above. It is the most current list.
- Tell us. Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, click Request a feature, and the request reaches us directly.
