Replacement sleeves and machine attachments
Sleeves are consumables and machine attachments expand what a machine can do. Here is how to buy both.
Two kinds of accessory keep a stroker or a machine going: replacement sleeves, and machine attachments. Here is how to buy each.
Stroker sleeves
A stroker sleeve is a consumable. It wears with use, and at some point it needs replacing. A few practical points:
- Buy the maker's sleeves. Tremblr and Kiiroo sell sleeves designed for their strokers. A matched sleeve fits and performs the way the toy expects.
- Keep a spare. A worn or torn sleeve mid-week is less of a problem with one in the drawer.
- Cleaning extends life. A rinsed, fully dried sleeve lasts noticeably longer. See How to clean and store interactive toys.
Machine attachments
A fucking machine is only as versatile as its attachments. Hismith machines use a common connector, so a wide range of attachments fits the same machine. When buying:
- Match the connector. Confirm the attachment fits your machine's mounting system.
- Choose body-safe materials. Silicone is the usual safe choice.
- Buy for the use you actually want, rather than collecting attachments you will not reach for.
Bottom line
Treat sleeves as consumables and keep a spare. Treat attachments as the way a machine grows with you. In both cases, maker-matched parts are worth the small premium.
