Eroscripts vs SLR vs creators, where to spend script money
Three ways to get funscripts compared, so you can decide where your money and time are best spent.
There are three main ways to get funscripts: the Eroscripts community, an SLR subscription, and buying directly from individual creators. Here is how to decide where your money and time go.
The three routes
- Eroscripts: a community forum where scripters share funscripts, free and paid. Mostly 2D. You bring your own video.
- SLR Interactive: a paid subscription where scripts come bundled with professionally produced VR scenes.
- Individual creators: scripters who sell directly, often on Patreon.
How they compare
Eroscripts is the widest catalogue and the cheapest to start with, since much of it is free, but it is mostly 2D and you do the work of matching scripts to videos. SLR is the smoothest experience for VR, with scripts made for the scenes, at the cost of a subscription. Buying from a creator supports one scripter directly and makes sense when you follow their work.
Pick Eroscripts if
- You mostly watch 2D content.
- You want the widest catalogue, and the option to pay nothing.
Pick SLR if
- You watch VR and want bundled, professional scripts with no matching effort.
Pick creators if
- You follow specific scripters and want to support them directly.
Verdict
Most people end up using Eroscripts as the base, and adding an SLR subscription if they watch enough VR to justify it. See Are paid funscript subscriptions worth the money.
